• $400.00 Minimum purchase is required and only firearms are eligible for this program.

• 20% Down payment of total cost of merchandise (including tax and background check fee) as a non-refundable down payment.

• You have 90 days to pay off remaining balance. Accounts must be paid in full on or before 90 days from the date of deposit. Otherwise, Shooters Guns & Ammo will terminate overdue layaway account, and all payments are forfeited.

• Items on layaway cannot be changed. If a layaway is canceled, the deposit will NOT be refunded and a 15% restock fee will be subtracted, any additional money paid will be returned to customer.

• Payments may be made any way you desire. Weekly, monthly or all at the end of the 90 days.

• Special orders do not qualify for layaway plan.
